Dynamed is now available for a trial period. It is a clinical reference tool primarily designed for point-of-care use. Summaries for more than 3,000 topics are included to assist clinical decision making. Dynamed is updated daily and monitors the content of over 500 medical journals and systematic evidence review databases directly and indirectly by using many journal review services. New evidence is integrated with existing content, and overall conclusions are changed as appropriate to represent a synthesis of the best available evidence.
